The only one I know of is HRI Properties. I've never worked for/with them, I only know of them because of my interest in adaptive use redevelopments.
Though I've never worked with them, I've heard good things about Kingfish Development and The Berger Company. Note that these guys are on the GP / operating partner side (i.e. not the LP / capital partner side).
