I have ~12yrs experience in financial services including 10-11yrs in Ops and Sales/Trading roles and 1yr in ER (as well as an MBA). Being told I don’t have enough ER experience for another role in ER, don’t have a transferable book of clients for S/T roles and have been out of Ops focused roles for too long……not sure how to overcome this roadblock (if possible)…..any thoughts WSO??
