No Credit grade for a class in third semester of college

Hello all,

I'm a Sophomore at Rutgers University majoring in Finance and Statistics, and wish to eventually get an MBA at a top Business School. (Mostly Wharton for their Quant Finance concentration) I've maintained an average 3.67 GPA for the last two semesters, and would confidently get a 4.0 this semester. However, here's the catch:

  1. I had a W(withdraw) and NC(No credit) last semester

  2. I would mostly take another NC this semester

Aside from the NC I am taking 5 other courses, which I am confident I would get all A's on. Quant wise I've taken Calc 1-4, Linear algebra and upper level probability with all A's so I hope Business schools will notice that.

Would 2NC's and one W have a drastic impact on admissions at top schools? I don't want to do something now which would potentially burn my MBA applications in the future.

I'm new here, please help.
