"No need to particularly dress up"
I am going to an on site interview with a small firm next week. The person I interviewed with over the phone called me yesterday and said "we don't really dress formal around here so no need to particularly dress up".
What should I dress in? Should I still abide by the "rather overdress but never underdress" principle and dress in suit? Business casual with sports jacket?
btw this is in the investment industry
I'd go button down, no tie, nice pants. Strike a middle ground between sneakers and dress shoes; a leather walking shoe (e.g. Nunn Bush) would be appropriate.
Button down, blazer, no tie, brown dress shoes should work.
Tuxedo.
Wear suit with white button-down, no tie.
Suit without the tie.
agree with suit without the tie.
