No Reply After Applying for D.E. Shaw. Does it mean rej?
Hey monkeys, I applied for a role at D.E. Shaw a few months ago. I selected 'starting in 6 to 12 months' and have not received a rejection email yet, which I would quickly receive a few years ago when I applied for the firm. Does that mean the hiring team is interested in my profile? Or they simply delay it to view later, since I am not looking for an immediate job? Or do they ever reject without sending an email?
