No response after superday invite
Not sure what to do here. Had a phone interview and a hireview for a corp dev position. They called and said they'd like me to come out to meet the team and have an all day interview, but not sure when yet. Said they'd be in touch when they figure out dates. Followed up with my HR contact after 10 days of not hearing anything asking if they had an estimated time frame. No response. Followed up a week later, again no response. Should I just assume I'm not being considered anymore and move on? Pretty shitty they can't even be bothered to respond
Any advice is appreciated!
I'd move on. Sad that they treat potential hires like this, but chances are the position was either filled or the company decided they no longer need the position.
Sorry to hear but they probably moved on. Very unpleasant but maybe you can also call? Don't email and call for recruiting team manager.
No response after Superday invite - Please help (Originally Posted: 06/15/2018)
I recently had a phone interview with a senior professional at a mid market PE firm; she said at the end of the interview that she'd like to bring me in for a superday to meet the team; didn't specify when, but told me to follow up with my calendar.
The call happened a few days ago, I followed up with my calendar on the same day but no response. Tried again today but still no response - any ideas on how to deal with this? I doubt she'd ding me after saying she was going to bring me up but am beginning to worry. Perhaps she's swamped - should I call her directly next week?
