No Work Experience to List for Background Check?

APOLOGIES for another background check post, but haven't been able to find one about this question. Got a SA 2022 offer but never got anything for Summer 2021. I didn't have anything listed on my resume for 2021, the only thing that was ever mentioned about it was in my super day when they asked what I was doing for the upcoming summer and I told them I was still interviewing for an internship.

Just feel like it's going to raise a massive red flag when they do the background check and I have basically no real experience to put, just certain programs I attended from various banks/ institutions (that I spoke to heavily during the interview process).

Can I just put that stuff? Am I way overthinking this? Is this something that the bank would even be able to see since nothing will get "flagged"?

Thanks, guys.
