NOI Walk or Bridge in IC memos

Has anyone ever done this? Looking to create an excel waterfall chart (bridging the in-place NOI to stabilization) to include in a memo and wondering the steps along the way (For example, how do I incorporate the expenses per “stage” of the increasing NOI).

Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Newer versions of Excel have a “Waterfall” chart where you should just be able to put in today’s NOI followed by all of your adjustments/changes and then finish with stabilized NOI, and excel will spit out a bridge/waterfall chart that you can drop into ppt. If you don’t have a version of excel with that chart it’s a little more challenging.
