Hey everyone, i have an interview with Nomura Securities for the financial analyst internship. this will be my first I-banking interview, and i need all the advice i can get. what is the best way for me to prepare for it? what should i specifically know or say? will it be most behaivoral, or technical as well? any help would be greatly appreciated. finance analyst isnt for i-banking.. it'll be mostly behavioral and few if any technicals.
This exactly. you can show off your technical knowledge when they ask you about your favorite class or what is going on in the market right now.

Not quite sure what you mean by finance analyst, but I summered at Nomura and am returning next year, I can shed some light if you know more specifically what area (global markets or ibanking?)

As others have said, interview will be mainly behavioral. Know your resume, have some answers for those "Tell me about a time..." questions, greatest strengths/weaknesses, why Nomura etc

Know your position first. You do NOT want to go in there saying I want to do IB then realize its for BO/MO.
