Non-ACA role at PwC

Hi,

I've been offered a place on a data and analytics in assurance graduate scheme at PwC where I will join the IT risk assurance team. This is a job I could see myself staying in for a long time but I also understand that I can't predict what I'll want to do in three years so I would like to keep my options open. I'm aware that big 4 roles (i.e. audit or corporate finance) can transition well into other roles like investment banking. I was wondering what my exit opportunities might be like considering I won't be taking the ACA exams. How much of a difference will not doing the exams make to my future employability? Also, I'm considering paying for them and doing it off my own back anyway, is this is a realistic option?

Thanks and have a great day.
