Hey WSO,
I am a sophomore and currently deciding between two offers for summer internships.
The first in a non-bank small business lending firm with ~1 billion in their loan portfolio. I would be doing a lot of financial modelling and excel work and reporting directly to the president of the firm.
The other is a boutique real estate investment and development firm(6 employees). They have currently ~50 properties and I would be floating around the office doing everything from acquisitions to marketing.
My goal is to get be an S&T SA next summer. Which would be more beneficial experience moving forward?
