Non-Finance Major Looking for 1-2 Most Valuable Prereqs before Bschool

I am applying to Bschools this fall. I am an industrial psychology major that switched over to finance-related experience post-graduation (Operations at Series A startup, VC fellow at my Masters Deg school, strategy analyst for large corp). As my major kind of spells out, I do not have much finance-specific math experience. I do have Trig, Calc I, theoretical algebra, stats, and plenty of STEM classes.

I have the opportunity to take 1-2 classes this summer, either weekend meeting, evening meeting, or online. I have two very reputable Universities nearby (one a T10 the other a T25 for undergrad). What would you say are the most important couple of classes for Bschool admissions for someone without the finance transcript? If it helps, I am looking to break into VC or growth equity at a firm post-MBA.
