Non target > Big 4> IBD

3.8(will be 3.9 by graduation in December) GPA from national university majoring in accounting with a minor in finance. Honors program, all the accounting extracurriculars, accounting work experience(tax) at small firm.
I'm an undergrad in my school's 5 year MACC program. I'm currently on track to work at big 4 but I am rethinking it. GS does do some OCR at our school and I will be applying in the fall.

I was wondering what are the real chances of me getting into investment banking at a BB or boutique from undergrad. Is my best bet to go big 4 then try? Only concern is by the time you hit manager you start over as an analyst.

Big 4 recruits pretty hard at our school so it's easy to just submit a resume and get an interview. I don't even know how to go about submitting a resume to these IBD places. Also, will they laugh at stuff that does a decent amount for you in accounting recruiting such as vita or accounting competitions?
