Non Target Experienced IB Resume. (Looking for lateral analyst position)
Brief Overview:
I have been at a small boutique in Chicago for the last 7 months and after a while I have realized that I am no longer growing.
So, I am currently reaching out to all MM firms in the area. I am on the map with a lot of solid shops but I want to make sure this thing is perfect before I start shooting it out.
Feel free to rip it up. I am from a non-target have a low GPA so I am trying to leverage my experience as much as possible.
Thanks Guys!
Ps. Sorry for the .doc the PDF wasn't uploading.

Sent you a PM.
I wouldn't use dashes, I would use commas to separate the role and division. Also are you an intern or an actual analyst? The role would sound much better without "Intern" appended to it.
I see little wrong with this resume, except it could use more details, very vague and general at times.
Thanks for the advice and I am trying to get as focused as possible but a lot of my work is focused around doing industry and macro economic research for our clients. It is hard to make that sound really sexy. Any deal ive reasonably touched is on there.
Thanks again for the advice.
Honestly, I basically serve as the firms only analyst. I am always referred to as the firms analyst etc. But initially i was brought on as an "unpaid intern". The least they could give me is a title bump without the raise right? Since it is a boutique that is super small with the inconsistent deal-flow it has been a part time gig.
I don't think that if my MD ever got called as a referral he would ever say "no" Jonny Boy was a intern. He often mentions how much I am getting out of this experience by getting "analyst" work. The term is loosely used. Think I should change it if possible? I think they would have my bad if I ever said it was "paid" but I am not trying to get too tangled.
Any suggestions?
Sounds like you're in the clear to call yourself an Analyst. Only you can make the right decision. There are certain liberties you can take on your resume such as this one where it will help you get your foot in the door and a firm is unlikely to retract an offer after finding out you were in fact an intern.
You were working part time? and from what I gathered, mainly spreading comps?
Sounds more intern-esque to me
A lot of it was intern work a lot isn't. That was my whole dilemma.
