Non target school phd finding full time jobs in wall street with several Flag internship experience

Hi all,

I am a phd student in a non-target school (one of the UC, not UCB or UCLA). I majored in applied math and my research focus on optimization and machine learning. Lucky I got 3 internship experience, 1 from Pinterest, 1 from Amazon, and 1 from Facebook, all of them focus on machine learning engineering. I also try to get an internship from top hedge fund, I applied internships for DRW/Akuna/two sigma/citadel/HRT/GS/Morgan Stanley/millennium, but I only got interviews from Two sigma and Citadel. During the interview, it seems to me that they are not willing to hire me.

I am about to graduate in the end of 2021, I really want to get a quant job and working in the east coast. What should I do so I could launch an offer from buyside in the end of the year?
