Just found out I got invited to a BB S&T superday after an unofficial desk visit, and thought that it was weird that the non-core superday is before they're done with OCR at target schools. Just wondering if they tend to take a lower percentage of people from non-core superday as opposed to the target school one

Do you know that it is a non-core superday? Could be an accelerated one.
Actually I'm not sure, the flyer they sent me just says final round interviews on it. I go to a top15 semi-target so its definitely possible they stuck me in an accelerated one. Its mid January though so I assumed the accelerated process would be over by then.
I came from a complete non-target and there were students from target schools at my super day. They usually have an interview schedule at the super day so you can see where everyone goes to school. I think the banks would perfer to see how the non-targets stack up against the target school candidates instead of isolating them. Just my $0.02.
