Non-Traditional RE jobs you think would be cool?

Random thought but what non traditional gigs relative to RE do you think would cool? As in, not your usual acquisitions, AM, development, brokerage or lending roles with banks, developers, owners or funds.

To start:

  • Saw a role awhile back for a RE Development role with JetBlue overseeing their terminal development/expansion at LaGuardia Airport

  • Store development at Apple could be sort of cool. Maybe a bit cookie cutter but probably a fun gig.
