NYC Developer Sexual Harrassment/Toxic Work Environment Lawsuit

https://therealdeal.com/2020/10/30/cohen-brothers-employees-allege-harassment-endangerment/

For you NYC people, Charles Cohen's firm just got hit with a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and a toxic work environment. Do you feel this will start to snowball elsewhere in the industry? Cohen Brothers is relatively small potatoes but The Real Deal has a pretty wide readership base.

Having read that article, the sexual harassment part of the suit seems a little flimsy.  But the parts about being forced to use up PTO and not being paid overtime during COVID certainly seems plausible.

Kind of tough to decide on the basis of a summary article, especially if not a lawyer.
