NYC HFT

Currently working for a large HFT prop firm in Chicago and curious about what's out there in New York. My experience is primarily in equities market making.

Firms I know of there:

-HRT
-Tradeworx
-Virtu
-Tower Research
-Getco - is their NY presence significant or is it mostly floor guys for their DMM business and sales guys for their ATS?
-Two Sigma - more of a stat arb/quant trading hedge fund?
-Jane St - from what I know seems like a different model than Chicago HFT shops, but very well regarded
-Eladian - startup market making shop founded by ex-ATD guys, no idea if they're getting traction or not

Any I'm missing? Am I correct in thinking overall comp probably won't be much better than in Chicago? Base is likely higher in NY but I don't see why P&L bonuses would be.

Do any of the large banks have competitive HFT desks?

Also any info on culture, structure (siloed vs. collaborative), etc. for these firms would be appreciated, but I doubt anyone who knows enough to say and values their job will post here. Not looking for arbitrary BS rankings on perceived prestige.
