I'd go with Oak Hill. Great culture, reputation, and deal reps. 

Court Square is sweaty and TJC has a bias towards recruiting only athletes. 

Comps going to be in-line across all 3. Exits will come down to you the person, although Oak Hill might be marginally better known.

 

Thanks, that's helpful. I have heard good things about Oak Hill as well. Do you mind giving details on Court Square being sweaty? Term is used quite often but would love to know what that would mean in terms of hours for average/good weeks vs bad weeks or how often an associate would be on a deal sprint (frequency of those bad weeks). 

 

Have heard court square shifted towards better balance. More focused approach and still good deal flow and returns.

What is comp for MM firms like these? Also, would you consider them towards the top tier?
