off-campus recruiting for MBA
Hello,
I'm a new first-year MBA in a decent school, and I have been trying to do some more as an early-career MBA student. I worked for just shy of 2 years before coming in, and I'm concerned that the competitiveness of on-campus consulting roles may lower my chances for internship offers. I looked up some off-campus stuff from career site and job boards, but I'm not sure how to make the best use of my off-campus efforts while off-campus jobs imply lots of online robotic applications
Assuming a worse case scenario that I struck out on the MBB and other name-brand consulting firms, what may be some proven strategies to recruit off-campus using the other opportunities available?
Thanks again and I'm grateful for your help!
Warmest Regards,
