I’d say that’s very solid for Atlanta. At or above market for your level of experience (1 year)
Take the job. That's good analyst pay.
Agreed. That's a good set-up.
Pay is good, what does the role entail and are you comfortable in the change of responsibilities?

There will always be new things to learn on the job. The key thing to consider is are you comfortable enough with enough of the responsibilities that you can create enough value if the market changes and cashflow becomes tight.
That's really good. After I graduated my MSRE (2 years ago), I got a role at a multifamily developer as a senior analyst and was making $85k base +10% bonus in a HCOL market.
Gotcha and did you work in Real estate prior to your msred and how many years ?
Did not work in real estate prior to my MSRE (was at a shitty middle office role at a wall street bank). Did 2 internships during my MSRE
It's good. 2 minutes of searching this forum you would know that.
Live with a few roommates in a house and you will live like a king in ATL. I made $55k all-in straight out of school in Atlanta
For more context, I’m at 20k higher base and 30% bonus with 2 more years of experience in the same region. This is a great offer.

Sitting here wondering tf I did wrong to be making only a little more than that after 7 years. Just me?
Not leave your current position sooner.
Too real... going through it now. You young bucks should do at least one interview per year to know your worth in the marketplace.
