Offer from Blackstone BAAM vs IB at a top BB or EB

Hi all - wanted to ask for your thoughts about Blackstone's hedge fund investing arm (summer 2020). From my understanding, exits are primarily funds of funds or just stay at the firm. Any insights about comp, hours, and how this option compares to going from IB and then to PE? I have a top profile at a top target school and a sophomore BB internship.

Thank you!

Was in a similar position last year. Unless you want to stay in a fund to fund position, take the internship at a top BB or EB

The prestige of the name Blackstone may seem alluring but BAAM simply is not it
