"On hold" after superday?

I got an email from HR that I am on hold after having my superday because they are reviewing all applicants. Does this mean they are just waiting to finish all superdays before giving out decisions or does it mean they gave out some offers and this is sort of a waitlist?

HR emailed first, it seemed like a mass email so I'm hoping it just got sent to everyone who already interviewed.

But I guess I should focus on my other applications just in case

Thanks!
