ON-HOLD/Waitlist at BB after Superday
Hey-
I had a superday about four weeks ago. It was for S/T at a top BB (MS, GS, JP). Two weeks ago, I received a call from HR that basically said "We don't have an offer decision for you yet, but we hope to have one for you within the next two weeks". Essentially- waitlisted.
I have iterated my interest for this firm and the position to both alumni and the woman from HR who called me a couple weeks back. How should I optimize my chances to get off the waitlist? For context, I am from a non-target and have had a series of first rounds recently but nothing concrete to leverage.
