Operationally Focussed Funds - LDN

Hey guys,

By way of intro, I am an An2/An3 at a US bank in LDN. Looking to see what operationally focussed funds are working in LDN.

I know there are ample buy-out firms etc but mostly interested in funds that take a bit more operational ownership as opposed to investing and hiring external specialists and keeping their own hands clean.

Turnaround funds also welcome.

My background is in Generalist M&A but have also got decent experience in Tech (not just M&A - I mean the actual thing in terms of strategising and implementing solutions at work). Also, if it helps, academic background is STEM heavy from a Top 4 UK university.

Basically looking for something that invests in good ideas/technology but then also works on improving the product operationally/turning around a failing product/biz before taking it to market/selling.
