Opinions on Bloomberg TV shows

Came across these TV shows in Bloomberg's Youtube channel; Surveillance, Wall Street Week, Beyond the Bell, Real Yield.

Can you give any insights about these shows; are they good? If yes, for what?

Thanks

WSJ week is more about general commentaries on a global scale (mostly politics and macro) rather than focused on specific aspects of the market. Surveillance I think is the daily AM show on BBG TV and they usually have p good guests (sell-side strategists and LO CIO stuffs) with some European coverage as well. Don’t really like real yield (only focused on bonds, that British bald dude is kinda arrogant and keeps cutting people off), but beyond the bell is my favorites with markets coverage across the major averages (they break down industry specifics on the SPX as well), daily movers, FX and occasional factors commentaries, which are super helpful if you want to get a quick grasp of the market and don’t have the time to watch BBG TV 24/7 from pre-market to close.

I just watched one episode of Wall Street Week. As you said, it does not get into the depths, mostly random news but good commentary. Surveillance is pretty long to watch, and the one about bonds does not seem very comprehensive as it covers only bonds. Will watch the beyond the bell. Thanks for the recommendation.

Edit: Just watched the Beyond the Bell. It is very good and informative. Liked it
