Hi, I'm a master student at semi-target at the UK. I feel that I'll not be able to secure SA 2020 at BB or even MM mainly due to lack of experience in the UK (I have 6m in CEE at ER). Now my question - how about my chances on any off-cycle internship after graduation and let's say 3m of IB internship in CEE? I searched Webs of the BBs and MMs and basically it's hard to land any internship after graduation (only Rotschild and Baird offer something). Thanks in advance.

Try as many MMs as you can get your hands on (many do offer SA roles) and some boutiques. Perhaps not EBs if you're unsure about your experience, but other small banks that can help you gain experience. Nothing wrong with doing an internship in CEE, but the name has to be the biggest pull. Going to a small boutique in CEE won't help much if you then want to recruit for FT roles in London (by all means, better than nothing). Look at smaller banks like Torreya Partners, Ondra Partners etc.
