How does a company issuing options affect EV? At issuance, I would expect Equity Value to increase from the cash proceeds and EV not change. Afterwards if they come into the money without being excersized, I would expect equity to increase with EV increasing as well. Finally if excersized, Equity will drop from the proceeds and EV will remain the same. Does that logic check out?
