Opus Atlanta training

So I got a response from an app that I put in this firm. The response email is rather long, but it pretty much warns me that I will basically make no earning through training. How minimal is the pay?
"All trainees, as is the case with all Opus traders, are paid a percentage of their trading profits. As expected, profits for a trainee will be minimal."

I had a buddy that worked for Opus for a year. He hated it.

He told me that the firm was a massive cluster fuck chop shop. You work long hours and don't make anything. Everything is mostly commission.

He also mentioned that the guy that will be your boss or trainer is some 27 year old punk that acts like he is a GS VP.

I would avoid this company based on all the negative things he has said about it.

You're born, you take shit. You get out in the world, you take more shit. You climb a little higher, you take less shit. Till one day you're up in the rarefied atmosphere and you've forgotten what shit even looks like. Welcome to the layer cake, son.
