Organization Structure/Guarantors for Debt Analysis
Hi, I'm trying to find information from public filings (indentures/prospectuses/etc.) that would allow me to create organizational structure diagrams that show subsidiary entities, ownership %, guarantors, etc. in order to analyze bonds/loans. I've seen these diagrams in sell-side credit research reports, but I can't find public filings that contain this data for several companies that I've looked at. If anyone can help, it'd be much appreciated.
