Part time program questions.

Hi,

Are there any major benefits to attending a PT program over EMBA at the same institution? Say... places like Booth, Haas, Ross.

I'm a doc, early 30's. Director responsibilities. Looking to continue advancing towards c-suite position in hospitals/health systems. I know FT is typically considered as the go-to for programs, but I don't plan on changing sectors nor trajectory as physician exec. Besides risk of diminishing skills, not bring able to maintain part time clinical work for 2 years would end up costing an additional 400 in lost wages -- so FT is not a great option. Or are there still benefits to FT that I am missing?

Also, are scholarships rare/nonexistent in PT/EMBA programs?

Thanks.

most full-time mba are in early 30's. EMBA near impossible without 10 years of job.

most people i know in EMBAs realize too late that they want to switch jobs - but ok, 200/year is a big loss i agree. some schools allow you to interview on-campus, some don't, EMBA even less likely.
