Pass or No Pass for a grade

Hi I wanted to ask a question. I go to a Target for West Coast banks and I just transferred this year. I am actually doing a lot better than I thought but at the moment completely lost motivation to try hard in school. I took a summer class and received an A this past summer at this institution and was wondering how banks would perceive my “4.0” if I just Pass or No Pass all my classes this semester. I heard that banks usually only check transcript to verify the GPA and they might overlook the individual grades.

Also, I was wondering if they care if I combine my GPA from my previous institution (Decent STEM public school) and put it as a “cumulative GPA”.

Thanks for reading!

Actually most of the classes I have left are all pretty easy and I dont think I want to go down the MBA path. Just looking strictly for recruiting for Summer 2022, do you think it matters? Not sure if they check the transcripts in great detail or not.

Interned this past summer and also have been thinking about p/f consequences this semester. My understanding is that GPA matters the most and that your transcript won't matter much if at all strictly in terms of your internship recruiting. Applying to business school though I am still not completely sure what the effect could be.
