I'd stick it out. You can learn a lot from the MSRE program from what I've seen of colleagues. And the hiring cycle seems to be from Aprilish to Juneish. I was getting zero traction in early spring and in May, I got solicited by big shops on the sell-side and buy-side which lead to the offer the took in Investment Sales.
