Patience is a Virtue - How to be Mindful?
It's an age-old adage that I regrettably haven't adhered to as much as I would have liked. In current times, it seems more applicable than ever to practice or incorporate into your life philosophy. Why did I post about this? Not enacting this in my thinking has been a tremendous source of stress. Curious to learn two things: 1) how did you reflect this in your life; and 2) any life examples that you can share where being patient eventually worked out for your betterment.
Best wishes
Ps - I am 30 years old and I’ve been on this forum for a decade now. I’m not looking for some early 20s kid to chime in on this
