PB Operations
Hey guys,
I have a fairly urgent question: what does a junior operations professional actually do on an every day basis (in a private bank)? I know it sounds slightly odd, but I actually couldn't find any definite answers. For the record: I do know what operations is for in a bank, but since it seems to me that most of the transactions are processed automatically (using the IT systems), Im not sure where is the space for a human intervention.
