PE Analyst Comp Benchmarking

Current analyst at a NYC based MM buyout shop. Curious to know how comp stacks up across fund sizes/geographies. Posting my comp below to kick things off:

Base: $85k

Bonus: $60k

Location: NYC

Fund size: ~$3-4b

Got an offer during FT recruitment from an SF-based mm tech fund

Base: 110k

Target Bonus: 60k

Latest fund size: ~$1bn

Staring at a MM fund post-grad, so this is what’s in my offer letter.

Base (Stub): $70k pro-rated

Bonus (Stub): $25k pro-rated

Base (post-stub): $85k

Bonus (post-stub): $40k

Location: Large non-NYC East Coast city

Latest fund size: ~$1b

Wasn’t there a thread on this recently and it seemed something like 350 was standard for MF PE total comp. I might be wrong though - just stating of memory.
