PE focused consulting exit opps

What are exit opps from the PE focused Consulting shops/groups (e.g. LEK, EYP, Bain, etc). Is it just MM PE, or is Growth Equity, VC, and even BB IB (like GS) possible?

lol @ BB IB being an "exit opp" -  GS/MS and MBB recruit the same caliber of candidates at the undergrad level. i think you see far more people moving the opposite direction for lifestyle and culture reasons

otherwise, yes pretty much all of the things you listed are possible. MBB -> consultant friendly MF/UMM is also very doable.

I'm sure it's possible, just very difficult. These days, MBB first year analysts are looked at by the same headhunters. High performing ones will typically be referred into processes by analysts who recruited in earlier cycles. I don't think the same pipeline exists at T2 shops. The less "prestigious" the opportunity, the easier it will be to recruit from a T2.
