PE Multimillionaires are NOT geniuses - according to Divorce Judge
There's several articles about a PE tycoon, Randy Work, who's divorcing his stay-at-home wife after she cheated on him with her personal physiotherapist. Now, Randy Work has to partition 1/2 of his $225 million USD fortune to her according to marriage laws. In attempt to save his ass, he claims he is a "financial genius" and that his financial contribution to the marriage was "exceptional" - and therefore that he deserves a greater share of the wealth.
A higher judge involved in the case ruled that Mr. Work was insufficiently a genius and in fact, even his wife could do the same thing Mr. Work did. Keep in mind during his tenure at Lone Star Funds (the PE firm Mr. Work was in charge of) he secured an average annual return of 50% investing mainly in Japan....... Plus the judge said “Hard work alone is not enough. Many people work extremely hard at every level of society and employment.” So, looks like Mr. Work will be giving away half of his fortune to his ex-wife who will be moving in with her physiotherapist lover. Mr. Work got robbed badly in my opinion but then again, #equality+feminism.

It doesn't take a genius to get her to sign a prenup/ replace her with another woman who will.
