Performance Appraisal - 2nd year PE Analyst

Hi All

Could you please let me have your thoughts on how to go about with the performance review tomorrow? My firm specifically asked to discuss 3 achievements or significant milestones that I am most proud of.

I joined the firm 1-year ago but didn't get much financial modeling work due to (a) covid (b)being thrown to an existing live deal where it didn't modeling work anymore.

Given 1 year, I should be promoted to a 3rd year or Senior Analyst position. Kindly advise me on what kind of angle I should get into when discussing the achievements/mile-stones.

Thanks so much.

Regards

Victor
