I don’t get it what do these firms want to see? Do they want someone who’s a introverted drone that follows orders or someone who likes changing things up and being a leader? For the situational ones, it’s fairly binary where the answers either lean towards contacting a manager or contacting a colleague in certain situations. Anyone who’s taken these tests I think have picked up on these patterns. My top results are usually analytical thinking and attention to detail.
