PE/VC in India after IB in the US
I will be starting as an IB analyst in a MM bank next July. I also have ties to India and won't have any sponsorship or visa issues if I decided to work there. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the PE/VC industry in India. I am particularly curious about how my background would be perceived, and if I would be a competitive candidate for recruiting. I am also curious about comp, deal flow, and future prospects of the industry
Interested in this as well. Starting in US at the top MM (Jeff) and will have to move to India in case of visa issues. Want to stay in IB / PE and was wondering if anyone has successfully made the transition.
