Anyone have any insight into the type of deals PGIM’s Debt team, specifically the NY office, focuses on? Based off the website it seems like they are pretty heavily focused on multifamily/senior housing.

You’ll see office, industrial, retail, multi family. And like you mentioned, seniors. I can’t confirm if they do self storage, cold storage, data centers or other alts, but they may.
