PGIM RE Finance Analyst Interview

Hey guys,

I finished a first round interview call last week for a 3-year analyst position with PGIM RE Finance and have been asked to do a second round video interview with two Directors next week and complete an assessment. The assessment has no information as to what it is about and the email says you shouldn't prepare or anything. I was wondering if anyone has some insight as to what I should expect from either or what I should be prepared for?

The only reason I make a new post is because I've read many different things in the forum and on the internet and would like to hopefully get some clear insight.

I just had my phone interview for the same position at the NJ office the other day. How long was it till you heard back after your 1st round ?

I know there will be a case study involved, but I wonder if that will come after the next round? I've heard that PGIM gives out an assessment with behavior/situation questions. Really don't know what to expect. I'm starting it when I get out of class in a few hours

It will be a case study. Two buddies joined this program at the same time (4 years ago) and mentioned that the case study topic was a PGIM acquisition. If I remember correctly, the exercise involved valuing and supporting the value of the asset.

Use your resources for this case study. My one buddy was an appraiser so had access to a ton of info about the acquisition. No shame in using a leg up if you've got one.

If it was a case study wouldn't they say that? I heard they give an assessment with behavior/situation questions. Taking it soon so I'll let you guys know
