bump for agc partners

Have heard horror stories. Lots of pitching, BB hours, toxic culture.

Edit: should note that this is for the Boston office. Also, see the Company Database reviews - one of them is pretty hilarious.

I'd go Cowen. AGC if you really want Tech-focus. PJ only if HC.

PJ is a sweatshop and its M&A group isn't what it used to be. HC is still strong, but otherwise, I would choose between the other two, depending in what you want to do/focus on.

^this and what cities are you interviewing at?

I would probably go PJC, but depending on the group and location could also see choosing Cowen. Distant third would be AGC, with the disclaimer that I know next to nothing about their non-Boston offices.

PJC's reputation is really poor from an M&A level. But, I suppose it's prestige is still appealing to some MM groups.

Looking at AGC Partners website, their culture seems awesome.

Besides being a pretty bizarre statement, don't you find it a bit strange that junior professionals aren't profiled on the website (something that is fairly standard with boutique banks)?

Yeah is a bizarre statement and I did find it odd that they didn't have their analyst profile listed. I found it cool that they or their website claims they have a hockey team, "tuckerman outing" etcc
