Pitching Single Credit Tenant BTS sites
Does anyone have experience in pitching small BTS sites to prospective national credit tenant companies? (think fast food/bank/Starbucks). Are there go-to tenant rep companies I should have on my list? Outside of a general marketing flyer, I am wondering what else you will provide when pitching these sites. I work in industrial development and do not have direct experience in this type of deal, although I have built countless BTS projects. Execution is easy - just looking for tips on the tenant sourcing side.
