PJT RSSG Full Time

How many kids do they take per year?
How large is analyst class?
How do FT restructuring interviews differ from SA interviews?
What is the background of the new FT kids they take?
What do they look for?
Any other info regarding the process?

Would really appreciate PMing anyone about it too

Analyst class is 8-10—mostly from top targets (Harvard, Wharton) although there are no school quotas. The group is 55-60 people total, so it’s pretty small. I do not know that RSSG hires FT analysts not from their intern class.

I know individuals who have summered at other banks and recruited FT for PJT RSSG. This is very rare though. The background is generally top-notch. You have to have a good reason for why you want to switch investment banks (a good reason would be if you were in a coverage team at a top BB without modeling experience and wanted a more technical role).
