Hi, please critique my management consulting resume. I'm a fairly recent graduate graduating a year ago but I started working full time about 2 years ago (did part time school). Looking to switch fields into management consulting. Also, should I include a Highlights of Qualifications section or just not include that? If I do what kind of stuff should I include? First off, your resume's way too long, either make the font smaller or delete some unnecessary stuff (leaning towards the latter)
If you're looking to switch fields to management consulting, might as well add relevant work experience; don't need to write every nook and cranny.
