First and foremost put whatever is the primary GPA on the transcript.

If its both then unfortunately I would put down the +/- GPA of 3.41 for comparison purposes.

If your school officially issues both GPAs I would just use the higher one? It's not like you lied in anyway. Besides, don't most schools do regular A,B,C grading and not plus minus?

OK, here is the litmus test. What GPA will be on your transcripts when you send them to a company? Whatever that is then use that one. If both are on there then use the lower on and put your major GPA on your resume. A company will know right away if they see both GPA's and you go with the higher one.

.08 is not worth losing a job offer
