PM fired, can I still retrieve bonus?
Me and my PM have been doing very well this year at a hedge fund, but my PM unexpectedly got fired for non-performance reasons.
Now it’s just me, but leadership is not willing to let me manage the money. They want to put me on a different team.
Is there any way I can somehow get the bonus for this year? We killed it really hard and it would be really sad to not get any of that money. Should I talk to a lawyer?
